Refund & Returns Policy

At Revitalize Today, we aim to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required

Important:
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used personal care, wellness, or consumable products
  • Intimate or health-related products once opened

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued via your original method of payment (where possible)

If your refund is delayed:

  • Please first check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged upon arrival
  • Incorrect item received

If you need an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 48 hours
  • Provide your order number and clear images of the product and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened consumables (teas, coffees, supplements, etc.)
  • Personal hygiene or intimate products once opened
  • Clearance or sale items (unless defective)

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been dispatched.
Once shipped, the order will fall under the standard return process.
